At Zumba Wear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your gear doesn't move with you perfectly, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Ensure the gear is unwashed and unworn to qualify for a full refund.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location. You will receive a notification once your return is processed and your refund or exchange is on its way.
